The county and circuit clerk at the courthouse handles felony criminal case files and copy questions. District Court in Fordyce handles lower-court matters. Statewide record checks run through Arkansas State Police and ACIC systems rather than a county counter. Bringing those routes into one reference point helps readers avoid treating one database as if it were the entire criminal-history record.
